Trifexta writing challenge

The last strains of sunlight lingered in the corners, grasping every available point of refraction.  She slid her fingertips along the glass wondering if this was all there ever was. Or could be.

And then the voice she knew so well, felt more than heard, touched angelic lips to her ear: ‘There is nothing more. Only now.’  She smiled slowly.  It was true. She had forgotten.
