in seeking to reach,
communicate, to
offer understanding,
reveal and compensate,
to show you what and
who I am, my feelings,
thoughts and hopes,
beliefs and understandings,
my fears and dreams
and doubts. But,
even as I watch them
fly, and urge them
on to you, I see them
fall into the void;
forever lost their truth.
