The wind
A wilful song of wandering
begins to play the clouds,
and strum upon the dusty leaves,
a fitful, restless dance.
The wind in whispered fancy,
sets tease twixt twig and branch,
bares vengeful teeth in shredding,
the peace of life and hours.
