Tyranny of self is barely known,
ignored, dismissed, denied, and
yet so real in rustling through the
undergrowth of mind, sliding in
abandoned silence, fangs bared
and waiting for the helpless fall
of self, into darkness; so we
live and breathe in our own sub
jugation......
