Sit in contemplation,
the moments breathing
slow, with no-one to
direct them, this place
is all my own. Silence
is companion, images
abound; descend into
the canyon, of solitary
mind. So in steady
waiting, the soul and
spirit rise, reclining at
the gate of time, no
calls, or even sighs, to
take us from this quiet
place of being, full and
sure; surrendered to the
moment, alone and
nothing more.

I like how the soul and spirit rise in the waiting.
ReplyDeleteI think the focus on breathing and feeling the present is what you need... very meditative
